Description
Upper and lower crash bars for BMW R 1200 GS Adventure motorcycles manufactured from 2009 to 2012 with sliders for crash bars.
For crash bars offered so far, that extend the original ADVENTURE piping for R 1200 GS motorcycle, we added our own full version of piping for this motorcycle. It is dedicated for those, who find the original piping poor. If you need a really good and full protection, this is the right product.
When it comes to the style, this item is similar to R 1200 GS crash bars Full Bunker. It is powder painted on silver.
The protection pads are made of black plastic (polyamide). The rear section (without the logo) is thinner to leave as much space as possible between the slider and the motorcycle. The front section is thicker and features the embossed HEED logo (registered trademark of the manufacturer).
When installing, pay attention to the placement of the protectors/sliders to avoid interfering with the operation of the crash bars near essential components of the motorcycle.
Dimensions of a single protector: 88 x 55 mm, 16 mm deep at the rear, and 24 mm at the front, for a total of 40 mm when installed.
The kit contains:
- piping for the left and right side of a motorcycle,
- 2 sliders,
- installation set including all necessary parts for installation,
- installation instruction with pictures.
