Each customer has a right to return the purchased item within 14 days of receiving it. To return the product, please contact us first by email on biuro@heed.com.pl, by phone on +48663464653 or by our contact form on the website, and let us know that you want to return the item.
Please provide your order number, name, email address or any other information that will help us to find your order. We will discuss the date and method of returning items. In case of the return, Buyer will pay shipping costs. It is very important to secure the item against damage or scratches that may occur during transport.
