These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products to consumers (B2C) through the online store heedshop.eu. They are drafted to comply with EU consumer law (including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the eCommerce Directive 2000/31/EC) and applicable national implementation. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Scope and Definitions

These Terms apply to all consumer purchases made on heedshop.eu. “Consumer” means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. “We/Us/Our” refers to the Seller; “You/Your” refers to the Consumer.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

Products shown on the website constitute an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email. We may refuse an order (e.g., for stock or payment/security reasons).

4. Prices, Currency and Taxes

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs (if any) are shown during checkout before you place the order. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct; if we discover an error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel before processing.

5. Payment Methods

We accept: card payments, PayPal, Braintree, and Stripe. Payment is captured at checkout. For security, transactions may use 3‑D Secure or hosted fields. You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use.

6. Processing, Delivery and Risk

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after successful payment. Delivery times depend on destination. Most of Europe ships free of charge; for other countries, shipping costs may be calculated individually. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Title passes after full payment is received.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise the right, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email).

Effects of withdrawal: We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (if any), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of goods: You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective or misdescribed. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Please contact us at biuro@heed.com.pl before returning items. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you agree otherwise.

9. Legal Warranty and Liability

Products are covered by the legal conformity guarantee in accordance with EU and applicable national law. Additionally, we provide a 24‑month warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Personal Data and Cookies

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookies Policy. Both documents are available via links in the website footer.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are intended to comply with EU consumer law and the law of the country of our establishment. If you reside in another EU Member State, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence. You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, provided we take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or our operations. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
